A Cut Above Catering started 15 years ago when my sister and I catered for a friend's work seminar. We absolutely loved doing it and from there the business has had a life of it's own growing year by year. My sister is now in the gourmet food business overseas and I have continued on with catering in Sydney. Word of mouth keeps a steady stream of clients coming our way. We love the variety of catering from small private dinner parties, to high teas through to great big cocktail parties!

I have always had a passion for food & entertaining. We eat with our eyes first & presentation is so important to me. We love discovering new food styling ideas & making sure all our food looks beautiful. It must be delicious too of course & we aim to use the best quality ingredients. All our food is fresh & hand made by the Cut Above team. We're always exploring new recipes & get such joy from testing new dishes & ingredients.

I love chatting with clients & making their special event hassle free. It can be daunting holding a party but we can be flexible & innovative to adapt to whatever your needs are. Our chefs and wait staff share our passion & are very experienced & professional.
